Spoken Word Workshop with Floet
Unleash your voice through the transformative power of spoken word poetry.
Floet and Keairra will get the discussion started by sharing some of their own work related to the theme of “purpose,” and then you’ll have some time to write on your own and share your work with the group. This event is free and open to all experience levels. Registration is not required.
Location: In person at the Roethke House, 1805 Gratiot Ave, Saginaw, MI.
Additionally:
Everyone who attends will receive a complementary Roethke tote or a hardcover blank journal.
Light dinner is included. If you have food sensitivities, please email info@friendsofroethke.org at least one day ahead of time.
Parking is in the grass on the east side of the Stone House, or on side streets Sandra or Larch. Please do not cut across the apartment complex parking lot.
Due to the historic nature of the Roethke House, there are stairs required to enter the house and the bathroom is not ADA compliant.
